The Chilean government states that there will be no relocation of settlers from Rorohuentro (Palena, Chile).......they will exchange land to ensure their permanency
Note: the title published yesterday in El Voluntario was the question: Ethnic cleansing in Chile? This question was followed by a
commentary castigating the notion of any possible plan that would lead to any such cleansing. Apparently there is no such
plan. We apologize to our readers and anyone who might have been affected by such implication. However, the question that
is still relevant is the following: how can the displacement of settlers, due to the massive purchasing of land, that has already
occurred, be classified?.......here one has to remember that the person who has purchased the land is of a different ethnicity to
those who have been displaced.
In an article published in the Spanish newspaper El País.......Mr. Tompkins is classified as "an enemy of everything tha George Bush represents"
Argentina.......more corrupt than ever.......it is number 93 in the 2003 list of Transparency International
Argentina.......corruption paradise.......it is number 70 in the 2002 list of Transparency International
Possible solution for Argentina: eradicate corruption and.......division in 3 smaller republics
